Bortolotto-Design-Architect-Feasibility-Study,-Brampton_Page_1

about

Bortolotto was hired by the City of Brampton to undertake a feasibility study that would explore improvements to the soccer and hockey facilities at Victoria Park Sports Complex. The study considered venue accessibility, parking requirements, pedestrian and vehicular flow around the site and within the buildings, utilities, fire and building code, safety and security. Bortolotto also completed a detailed cost analysis. Originally designed by Michell Associates Architects and constructed in 1966 by Arken Construction Company, Victoria Park Sports Complex is located at 20 Victoria Crescent in Brampton. The site consists of an arena, two full size soccer fields, a junior soccer field and two parking areas.
