MCC#1 Masterplan

The Muskoka Condominium Corporation (MCC) is situated in the Muskoka wilderness on what was once a luxurious summer resort in the Lake of Bays. A number of the resort’s landmark buildings have been retained and renovated, and are used by the MCC. The condominium owners requested a master plan for the redevelopment of their beachfront, marina, park space, and playgrounds.
