The design impetrative for the new offices for Univeris – a cutting-edge Canadian financial services software firm – was to inspire innovative thinking in the staff and confidence in Univeris by clients. And do this on a tight budget, making the most of the post and beam, timber construction of a 12,000 SF loft-type space.
Transparency is core value of the company. It is reflected throughout the design approach. Stepping off the elevator into an elliptical ante-room inspired by the company’s nebula logo, visitors immediately sense the dramatic way the space is open yet structured - and flooded with natural light.
