The design for No Regrets creates a sense of anticipation for patrons entering from street level. A horizontal wooden screen creates a corridor shielding the dinning room from view until the stairs are climbed and the restaurant reveals itself.
Cooking is part of the show, The kitchen is set up like a stage at one end of the dining room. An interior balcony creates a second level for dining, drinking and people watching.
